It's possible to drink TOO MUCH water. It's called "hyponatremia" or "water intoxication." I didn't believe that cause people always say to drink a shitload of water, espescially when you're doing physical activities, so I researched that shit. Seems that doing physical activities may actually increase the risk. Here's an article -
