I lift weights 3 days a week and do cardio exercise 1-2 days a week and I adopted a strict vegan diet. No meat, no dairy, no sugar, caffeine or booze ( about once a month though I cheat a little and have one or more of those things ) I've never suffered hunger pains because I eat a lot, it's just low calorie food, fruits and veggies and stuff and the weight has just dropped off. I can't belive how much better I feel now as compared to a year ago.

Yap. Losing weight needs a lot of self discipline. You have to deny yourself in eating those fatty and high caloric stuffs. Healthy foods like veggies and fruits aren't that so tempting that's why more people prefer to eat burgers. In my case I only eat moderate amount of those mouth-watering stuffs. That's maybe the reason why I haven't been overweight since. Just eat moderately.
