Besides, several years ago there were a rash of webmasters having heart attacks. Everyone of them had gotten overweight and out of shape. We had an epidemic if some of you old timers remember. Had to literally go get guys and walk em' around and get em' into the gyms. A sit down job can take a toll on you.
