Oh that sounds more like it. 2lbs a week of fat is more healthy an approach. That's alot of calories to burn.

Yet pumping iron builds muscle an muscle needs lots of calories to burn to keep rolling. That's why bodybuilders can put on like 20lbs during off season and then burn it up fast for competition.

I remember I didn't have any fat from the age of 12 to 32. Now I should weigh 400lbs with all the food I eat but I can't get that large. My body won't let it go that far. Just a failsafe I guess.

Gotta cut the bad calories for sure.
