Never hesitate. It's like in the movies when the hitman is going to kill someone. He doesn't hesitate before he shoots, he doesn't go into a big long speech about how they shouldnt have messed with Tim, or how John sold them out, and they're stupid because Becky was screwing Tim and John. They kick down the door, bam, shoot em, and leave.
The same thing can be applied to real life in every day situations. If you hesitate, you're fucked
