But seriously , of course you can blame the system. What kind of foster parent program doesn't check on foster parents homes to make sure they are adequate ? How many people could that take ?

Even if we had a million foster kids thats 3000 houses to check a day ( approx ) thats 100 employees checking 30 houses a day .. well within a reasonable amount. There are literally tens of THOUSANDS of foster program employees in the usa , way more than enough to do this task
