Instead of the Mayor carrying out the manditory evacuation plan and get the poor people out with city buses, he did NOTHING, then blamed it all on the Feds/Bush.
I wonder why people aren't accusing him of hating blacks and the poor? He left them there to die in the first place.

....and of the federal money sent to fix the levys 3 years ago, only 35% was used. Of that 35% that was used, it WASN'T even used on the levys, it was used on a fountain and the convention center.

And the governor, who must BY LAW formally invite the federal government to come in, waited for a couple of days to do so, I guess SHE must hate the blacks and the poor also.
