You can't blame the system. There are some sick people in the world, many live right here on domestic soil. This is a tragedy, those kids can hopefully find the courage and strength to rise above this.
I love America, but I don't blame our country for the problems of sick individuals. That said, I wouldn't be suprised if the Foster care system needed a revamping.
