How in the FUCK can you go to bed at night knowing that children your caring for are sleeping in cages built in walls. I mean this is some fucked up shit and since hearing this story on CNN my day is fucked. The foster parents and the bullshit doctor that told them to do that should be hung upside down by their toenails and beat with extension cords boiled in water.
