I don't understand why you didn't say something *at the time* to him??? Like maybe "Excuse me but why are you taking pics of my daughter?" or "I'm sorry, I really don't appreciate you taking pics of my little girl without asking my permission first" or ...well, anything really. I'm with Tam on this one, and what she said in her post, but I do really think that if it is an issue for you, to speak up *at the time* not days later. Same for the other one who was touching himself. I definitely would have said something right then, not simply kept quiet about it.
