So im on the bus with my daughter (who's almost 3) and friend
and this fucking disgusting fat old bloke is gawking at her .. drool practically dripping from his chin ya know...
im talking to my friend and get a bit distracted - at which time this prick decides to take out his cell phone and sneak a few shots of babygirl.
My friend sees what he's up to and picks my daughter up and turns back on.

later it turns out the guy is staying in the same building as me ..
i'm 110% paranoid about kletting her out of my sight now and ive told the mom down the hallway to keep a close eye on her 3 daughters.

i've also invested in a baseball bat.

so my question is:
can anyone here tell me what is law in canada about taking pics of someone else's kid without permission?
where i come from its illegal to do this
