Try to poor to leave. How about all the rich fucks that keep building huge houses on the carolina coast that gets hit every year. We keep rebuilding their houses, but you have no problem with that.
Flood insurance hahahahahahah. Do you think they can actually buy flood insurance. The insurance companies probably don't even sell it in the area. God forbid anyone ever needs to collect from an insurance policy. Insurance is built on the premise that they are never gonna pay off.
