I've been hosting my site on Earthlink since 1998... but now I want to implement certain functionality and find that they simply don't support MySQL or PHP scripting (without modifying the scripts pretty heavily, all scripts have to be named with a .PHP4 extension, which pretty much screws using any PHP based CMSes.)

I get an average of 25K unique vistors a month and use on average 15 GB of bandwidth. I have approximately 600 Mb of hard disk space on the site and I have to be able to support MS Frontpage (Yes, I know... it sucks, but until I can move my site into a CMS I'm stuck with it.)

This is a 'mainstream' site and I will have subdomains on it as well.

Can anyone recommend a reliable web host that won't cost me an arm and a leg? Currently, I'm paying Earthlink $40.00 a month.. and I'm damn tired of getting screwed and not getting kissed.
