If they really 'had' to kill the dogs, as sad as it is, they should at least be doing it in a way that cause the least suffering, with injections for example or shooting poisoned darts. If not that at least go up to the dog and shot him in the head and spare him the pain. Shooting at random from a moving truck then letting the dogs left to die, possibly for hours, is, according to the artcle, against the US euthanasia methods for dogs and cats. It's fucking inhumane also.
