They're smart actually.. they're doing what they mean to do..
You should be calling whomever should be watching the powergrid and protecting it the lame ones, who don't know what it is, or that's simply a coverup to not have people worry... so then at the right time Bush can say they found out it was actually terrorists! Oh my!
