i have some free sites, some paysites..
cogent BW is fine,
usually max out at 70mbps but will commit to 100mbps if required to get a good price.
24 hour tech support,
fully monitored/managed server (s)
password protection
uptime guarantee
bi-weekly backups
redhat (pref) or freebsd
around 300gigs of pass protected movies in 200-500meg sections ( so i'm not sure if this can be put on one server or not)
