The only reason anyone even gave a shit about her comments is because of the "status" she has in being an ex-first lady and the son of the current imbecile in the Whitehouse. Yes, she has more than enough "power" to help any group she cares to in the same way other ex-Presidents and their wives have.
She obviously has no clue about a real disaster or ever been near one, else she would not make idiot comments.
