There are no levels to which a select few in power will sink to gain some "advantage". Cuba is just one.. the track record has proven shit time and time again from Nicaragua to, currently, Venezuela - ya don't have to look too hard.

And.. it ain't just the US who plays these games. They all need a bullet in the head.
