yeah i know there has been a million posts about him lately on here, but i just saw this on the news and had to laugh my ass off, he is issuing all victims of the katrina disiaster 2k which was sopposed to be given on a debit card that they could take to a bank machine, instead he changed his mind and decided to MAIL a cheque to the victims.
