And regardless of what the crime is..if you are a felon you lose a lot of rights at those stagest...even the right to vote...but that doesn't make it a "privilege."

there is so many What if's and holes...Still though. I remember it being a test question. You don't have a right to vote. It's a privlage. Because that privlage can be taken away;its not a right.
