It's interesting to hear what some people focus on from his many theories.

I actually read scycoligy of the subconscious one of his largest books and with all the different things he went on about. The subconscious is my most interested. Not really what the subconscious remembers, I am more interested in how it relates to the conscious mind and what it's learning ability when used is.

I liked his metaphor "your mind is like an ice berg, the tip all you can see"

Linkster, I agree that he was not talking about it could be but how we are as humans in right now in time and I agree that the next steps in evolution will require using more of the subconscious.

I also am interested in Timothy Leary's theory on using acid to break into the sub-conscious. I can say from experience "many years ago" it does do exactly that, but it also is not controllable when done this way. I could read people just from looking at them, sad angy, evil, sexy, but it would get out of control to easilly.

At some point maybe 100's or thousands of years from now It might be common to use telepathy and understand more just by looking at people.
