if its the begining of the month and I got money I go to the good will store.
at the end of the month when funds are low I go to the laundry matt and wait for people to get bored waitng for their stuff to finish in the washer or dryer, and they walk away, thats when I swope right in their and make my move.
of course you can't be too picky about size or color or any of that stuff. but it is cheap and it works.
