That's one of the two peevs I have about Ebay, the other being retalitory feedback.

They need to put an end to retalitory feedback, that's when someone rips you off and you give them a bad rating and the other guy then turns around and gives YOU a bad rating too! And Ebay won't do anything about it. Fuck that.
