and, if all her documentation was properly examined and recorded,

then,

THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF WHY 2257 REGS DON'T WORK AND NEED TO BE ELIMINATED.

Seems to me that 2257 is just a fishing expedition for the DOJ....
