i was hoping it was a mt on phat [fat] some guys dig the undeveloped body appearance of a 14 yr old boy or someone already thin that hasnt eaten in 2 weeks. daaaamn only cure for that image circled is to have the spleen, gall bladder and a kidney removed. that'll fix it so its the HOT sunken in look
