I'm sorry to tell you Fletch but you are incorrect. It does not hinder retention. Yes, some members may not rebill because they have the DVD now but many don't buy DVD's, they would have cancelled anyway, others stay around for more DVD's, etc..
Retention changes because the site changes, updates, layout, speed, etc.
