OUCH, thats a lot of over subscription. But, if it works, you get a great deal.
Cazually is right one here, at those prices the bandwith has to be oversubscribed to death, but you get what you pay for. High end bandwith costs $$$ and you get what you pay for. HE bandwith has its place and i wish they were in my datacenter so i could offer that cheap bandwith to some of our customers too.
