Honestly, ATX is probably the better script, better anti-cheat, etc., and because ATO Trade is php / mySQL based, ATX will be faster and better for very large sites.
However, you can truly run 10 sites with ATO Trade, (on one license), and though you can control multiple sites through one admin with ATX - I still think, (and I may be wrong - hopefully somebody can confirm this), you would still need a license for each domain with ATX, which would make ATO Trade more economical by far.
