Elway was a great one. A true warrior. Imagine if he could have run half as well as he passed...of course, one thing preventing that is among his many records, Elway is the all-time leading quarterback for being sacked.

I was so proud for him when he finally won the Super Bowl. As a quarterback he ranks up among the top in my book, both for accomplishments and heart.

Jerry Rice is the undisputed #1 when it comes to all-time receivers though...

My first NFL game ever was a Broncos game. 87 I believe. Since then its been all about John. Hey he had a good pair of legs, in fact he was considered in those days as somewhat of a scrambling quarterback when compared to Marino and Kelly. it was the offensive line that was the problem.

He's definately #1. After all he is the games all time winningest quarter back. A record I'm sure our Tom Brady here in New England is looking to challenge if Bob Kraft and company can keep the Pats competitive over the life of his contract.

Jerry Rice falls somewhere in the top 5. Along with Jim Brown, Dan Marino, Joe Montana.

Top 10 you ask? No particular order....Steve Young, Dick Butkus, Lawrence Taylor, Walter Payton, Deion Sanders.
