Steve it's a nice idea, but you should allow your members to vote too. This is just my opinion, but I'd set up a section in your members areas that allowed your users to vote for the next girls.
Think of all the internal cross sales you would get and the members would feel like they have a say in what's going on, which I'd think would equal more rebills.
