It looks like a weiner skin turned inside out and stuffed up between the legs. Honest. The hair patterns do not change, so it looks sort of odd. And when they spread, the hole gapes open much differently from a normal vagina. More of a round hole than a slit. I hope this helps.
And I think they have to douche quite often since its not a natural vagina.
