If you go to google and type in the URl, you'll see that 107 pages are indexed properly and around 77 quality backlinks from related sites(if you know well about seo you'll understand that not all back links are made visual to the webmasters neither the PR, I have over 200 link exchanges, recip and not)

Mostly those are all the info that you will need to know, the site or I should say the pages are showing up for different keywords in seach engines, mainly google, there is a thing called the google dance, so the pages are changing of positions continualy because of need of more backlinks etc, type in moms creampies, moms slutty, milfs for cash, chubby milfs, mrs rain hot mom etc ...
