although i'm not against owning a gun...etc...
I don't own one and never felt like I need one...
I used to live in a small suburb where there was virtually no murder (I can think of 2 cases in 20+ years...and the 2 were family dramas)...
Now I live in Montreal (maybe 5minutes walking from downtown)...still don't feel like I need one.... might change, who knows...
