Answer to question 1: I don't want to make a public accusation without getting an answer from the sponsor first (I still didn't use all my contact options :p), and as it is really obvious the lack of tracking hits, if anyone is experiencing them too, it will surely notice it and don't need me to mention its name for this ... So, its not a fake drama, you decide to believe me or not, but as i already explained i won't mention it yet, so its up to you to continue asking its name
Answer to question 2: NO, i see you run a sponsor too, and i understand what you say and your position ... But the situation is the following, the sponsor has an online support which actually answered me: "Do you know it tracks second page hits", i answered: "Yes!", and then i got no answer back ... So, its obvious they are aware of my problem and they even didn't tell me: "Let us check out", see ?, its like if they were not taking care of it ... Just the support guy read the "Answers guide" and forget about the problem, So ... in this situation ... i think i should not give them a minute ...
But, just to know your opinion as a person running a sponsor ... And let me tell you that i'm not doing a competition here to see who answers best, i honestly would like to know your opinion on this ...

Now, my question is ... When problems are fixed ... Would you really think that lost sells will be paid ? I don't think so ... So, i think that at this point ... I understand your position and what you say, but you should have in mind also that there are people on the other side that live from galleries submissions and this REAL persons buy food with the money taken from this sponsor ... So from that point of view, that submitter can't give them a minute ... Maybe both of us should think about this ... At least I didn't mention the sponsor name cause i'm already thinking this and i don't want to make a public accusation without being 100% sure ...
