Thanks for all the replies. I did the water & forgot to do the Vitamin complex. I ate. The real answer is mix the water as you go and don't drink as much. That I knew, but you see my brain was getting smaller and... well you get the point.
Some how the dog is so appropriate cause I'm sure s/he feels better than I did.
