That webbing is actually either pigskin or if they finally pefected it more artificial skin. It could be skin graft tissue but doctors really do not like using that to often since it gives you extra scaring. Pig skin is often the go to material. Your body takes to it very well and the diamond pattern is to trick your body into creating new skin with a more natural appearance. Over time the diamond pattern will be no longer visable.

Ok in the second to last picture I can see he also underwent a skin graft and muscle relocation.

For the syrum people. If you are bitten by a poisonous snake and did not happen to see it and can remember key features or did not catch it to bring with you. Doctors sort of have to wait and play the guessing game. Wrong snake venom syrum will do as much damage as another bite.
