here, check this out:
year 2000 - 2 000 000 watermelons were sold in France, and 3000 people commited suicide
year 2003 - 3 000 000 watermelons were sold in France and 4000 people commited suicide
------> therefore watermelons kill people

there's nothing wrong with the statistics, there's something very wrong with the way people try to interpret them

it's actually quite simple: poor, uneducated people are much more likely to commit violent crime, no matter what their skin color is

oh, and here're some more statistics:
