Hahaha, the part that makes me laugh til I pee my pants is that if someone wanted to hurt this country by creating a weather related disaster, why pick one of the poorest states to aim it at?
New Orleans gets hit by a hurricane and people feel sorry for the residents, but it's not like it all the sudden stops government from functioning, takes out a major banking center or anything along those lines. I'll grant you the Port of Southern Louisiana and the Port of New Orleans are the busiest freight centers in America, but really, why not just take out LA, it's got the second busiest ports and is way more central to a functioning economy in this country.
