You say why would someone creates Katrina if this is something COMMON...? Did I understood you correctly?
If so, I told you it's NOT common... Category 4 and 5, of the size of Katrina, HITTING the coast... happens very rarely... THAT's my point... But I am, in no way, insinuating that the major hurricanes of the past weren't natural occurences...
