The thing I hate most about this crap is that it infers far too much power is in our hands... global warming? no problem! we steer cat 5's for breakfast! we'll just flick the switch when the time comes to it!
We can make cat 5 hurricanes in a secret plan to kill 1000 black people for the low cost of 100 billion dollars... but jeez.. fuck us if you ask to scare up some gentle rain for the farmers going through drought that would actually save the economy and jobs.. nooooo.. a few clouds is beneath us..
