He if someone is willing to give us a $1 we should take it. How much do we give out to help people all the time? No harm in getting some of it back. This might add up to $100 BILLION. That's $350 for every man woman and child in the US. So a family of 4 is going to have to pay out $1400. I say any country that want to give us money, take it.
