I don't care if it is the procedure.. its simply doesnt make any fucking sense.. FEMA and co. are the experts, they are the one which job is to plan everything in case of major disasters.. thats their fucking job.. Now you are telling me that the faith of thousands and thousands of people are in the hands of ONE fucking individual that isnt certified competent in those type of situation? Or maybe we should blame that crazy woman governor becuase she didnt ask help the right way.. Yeah.. that makes sense.. let put people's faith on the shoulder of unproven, unqualified individuals....
