Not everyone on welfare are lazy trash. There are many examples of it's use truly helping people get on their feet.
Not to say you are all generalizing everyone on welfare as I know there are a lot of lazy people out there living off the government who feel entitled to every penny, but not everyone is.

I agree with you that some do get off of welfare. I was a welfare kid I remember food stamps to get groceries and subsudized houseing because we couldnt afford to live anywhere else.
But we are talking about people that live generation after generation after generation without working or paying a penny of tax in thier lives.
