As Baddog mentioned above, this "thief" doesn't really work in the industry, although he was invited by Punker Barbie. I just got off the phone with his employer and was told that give it serious thought and deal with him Tuesday morning.
In our industry we tend to represent the companies we work for. Sometimes we people represent the company they work for poorly. The booze was flowing, people were drunk, someone made some bad choices. However, it's not a reflection on the company he works for.
So far as I'm concerned, everything seems to have been returned. No harm no foul for the most part. He'll either loose his job, or perhaps he'll keep his job but even then he'll be watched like a hawk and his co-workers will make jokes about him behind his back.
I surely see no reason to drag names into it.
