I feel sorry for your employees. And I hope you learn compassion and understanding before something beyond your control wipes you out. Remember the great depression? There were millions of smug, secure people who suddenly found themselves homeless and helpless. Some committed suicide so their families could collect the insurance money; some lived in cardboard boxes with their families and stood around with signs begging for work, or went door-to-door looking for handouts.
