Pay little attention to these naysayers.

If the money is for your site the http://www.nitechat.tv good luck.
That looked like a really nice site, with a good future.

I have just a few words of advice, next time ask for 100k or even a million.

People who only have 10k to invest are going to watch you like a hawk, and basically become your partner. Often times, your new venture maybe their first investment in a start-up or their only current investment. In short, it is not worth receiving small amounts of investment capital. Unless the money is from a friend of family member who basically GIVES you the money to start with. Besides, 10k will barely cover your legal fees, banking, and time.

People with 100k or a million to invest are going to be far more helpful. They have other investments and business to do, they are successful and have contacts you can use. You also need to a decent amount of money that will give your new venture a favorable chance at success.

If you are serious, take out an ad in your local paper. I'm sure plenty of people will call and ask you about your project. There are plenty of people with lots of cash and nothing to do with it, you just need a good biz plan and a nice dog and pony show.

I believe you can do it.

Now this is the very important part.

When you get that chunk of cash I ask for only 5 %, as opposed to my standard 10%. This amount is my venture placement fee.

I accept US tender or certified check drawn on a U.S. bank.

A pleasure advising you on your new venture formation.

Thanks,
