When the Republicans rebuilt their party, they came up with a message and then nominated someone who embodied that message; Ronald Reagan. It appears to me that the Democratic party recently has been nominating a candidate and then trying to build a message around that person. It's not working.
Clueless lately, yes. Doing stupid shit yes. Not coming up with a vision or overall message, yes. Dead, nah not yet.
