If it's an issue at all it's an economic one. If New Orleans was a 100% White state and half of the Whites were poor and the other half wealthy, you would see the wealthy Whites assisted and evacuated first. Of coarse race is usually tied into class, but to say Bush 'hates' blacks is way too strong and unjustifiable.

I don't know Kayne West or any of his music but his statement leads me to believe he's a moron like most entertainers.
