People here, on GFY predicted on Friday this was going to happen, that NOLa was going to be under 20ft of water.
The electricity companies and other services had people stationed in Baton Rouge and other places just away from the storms track ready to go in as soon as possible after Katrina passed.
If a bunch of pornographers and the elec company can work it out why couldnt the massive resourses of the federal govt do it?
