You CANNOT give troops in the middle of urban warfare on american soil, the right to shoot people for looting. You can not place that responsibility on the weight of a 20 year old soldier with an M14.
Lt. Gen. Honore, the head military official in new orleans is telling all of his troops, yelling at them, to poing their weapons down. He's yelling at them saying "this is not Iraq, this is America".
But you know, you're probably right. I really have no clue what im talking about. I'm a bleeding heart liberal who sides with crackheads over families.
